The capital city of India, Delhi has a wide variety of monuments to explore, the eating joints and the vibrant markets. The Agra city will take you in the times bygone to the Mughal period where you can admire the awesome sights, beautiful workmanship and architectural brilliance of the Mughal rulers. The Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink city is known for its palaces, forts and temples constructed by the Rajputs. A contemporary town with a stroke of the magnificent past, Jaipur exhibits a glimpse of royalty.
On landing at the Delhi airport, you will be greeted by our representative who would escort you to the hotel for check-in. You will be served light snacks after which you can proceed for sightseeing. You will be taken to Rajghat, which is cremation ground of father of our nation, Mahatma Gandhi. From here you can move on to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in town. It is known for its architecture and is located in the heart of the city. You will also be taken to visit Qutub Minar and Hamuyun's Tomb Come back to the hotel and dinner will be served in the hotel.
On day 2 after breakfast drive past the war memorial, the India Gate devoted to the lives laid down by our martyrs, brave Indian soldiers. Pass through The President's Residence, parliament House and all the Secretariat buildings which is an outstanding combination of the 20th century and Victorian architecture. After that you will be taken to the Lotus Temple, a well known Mother Temple of the country and is currently a major pull in the city. After a busy day of sightseeing get back to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing night stay in the hotel.
After an early breakfast, leave for Jaipur. The distance between Delhi and Jaipur is nearly 280 kms and it takes approximately 5 hours to cover this distance. On reaching Jaipur you will be made to check in at the hotel and offered refreshments. In the evening, you will be taken to Amber Fort Palace. It is a traditional Rajasthani Fort built by Raja Man Singh in the year 1592 but was completed by Jai Singh I. An outstanding blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture, it is ultimate and unrivalled piece of art. After that come back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will be taken for Jaipur Sightseeing. Enjoy the City Palace in Jaipur that displays mesmerizing amalgamation of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev temple and City Palace Museum are also seen here. Then visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory which takes in massive astronomical instruments which was built by Jai Singh II. After this, you will be taken to Hawa Mahal and is a popular milestone of Jaipur. Visiting this Mahal is a wonderful experience. In the evening, you can visit the vibrant local market and buy local handicrafts, Bandini fabric and souvenirs. Go back to your hotel and relax after a hectic day in Jaipur.
After an early breakfast you will proceed to Agra. Agra is approximately 240 kms from Jaipur and it takes nearly 4 ½ hours to cover this distance depending on the traffic. On the way you can visit Fatehpur Sikri which was once the capital city of emperor Akbar. On reaching Agra check in at the hotel and after light snacking you will be take for Sightseeing in Agra.
First you will be taken to the chief attraction of the city Taj Mahal that was built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in the loving memory of his beloved and most beautiful wife, Mumtaz Mahal. From here you will be taken to Agra Fort which is built in red sandstone and is located on the bank of River Yamuna. Emperor Akbar constructed it in 1566. Visit Baby Taj and the local market of Agra. In the local market, you can buy souvenirs, marble items and artificial gems for your near and dear ones. After sightseeing move, back to the hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast you can leave for Mathura and Vrindavan which s barely 76 kms and it takes nearly 1 ½ to cover this distance. These destinations are known for several beautiful temples of Radha and Lord Krishna. On reaching Mathura visit the birth place of Lord Krishna temple, Marble Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple, Keshi. According to Hindu Mythology Lord Krishna was born in Mathura and brought p in Vrindavan.
After that head towards Vrindavan, for the famous Darshan of Bankey Bihari Temple. Situated on the banks of River Yamuna, this playing field of Krishna has attained global recognition as a well-known pilgrimage centre for all the Hindus worldwide. According to the mythology Vrindavan had moved out into history over time. But Chaitanya Mahaprabhu rediscovered the holy forest land of Vrindavan in 16th century in his pursuit for celestial love for Lord Krishna. With his religious power, he could locate all the important places in and around Vrindavan which were linked with Lord Krishna's awe-inspiring pastimes. Some of the sacred places are Gokul, Barsana, Nandgaon,Baldeo, Radha Kund Mahavan, and Govardhan. It is said that those who can avail the darshan of Bankey Bihari are the fortunate ones. After the darshan you can come to the hotel and rest. In the evening you can visit the famous Prem Mandir, Nidhi Van, etc. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Early morning at 4 AM you can go to Iskon temple for the morning aarti which is an experience in itself.
